Vendor spots are first come, first served and assigned in the order payments are received. Once sold out, no additional space can be added.

All vendor fees are non-refundable. Placement is assigned in order of payment, with Premium and Featured Vendors prioritized for foyer/entrance and stage areas. Vendors are responsible for setup/breakdown, staffing, and compliance with venue rules. Long Island Pilates LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
