Vendor Spots
Vendor spots are first come, first served and assigned in the order payments are received. Once sold out, no additional space can be added.
⚡ Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email securing your placement.

Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor space is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a completed vendor registration form. Booth placement is assigned at the discretion of Long Island Pilates LLC, with sponsorship level and payment date taken into consideration. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, staffing, product sales, and compliance with all venue policies. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses or insurance required for their business. Long Island Pilates LLC, its affiliates, and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, or vendor merchandise. The event schedule, floor plan, and programming are subject to change if necessary.
